Description

  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil: In a large skillet, warm a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers lightly.
  2. Sauté the vegetables: Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the pan. Stir constantly for about 3-5 minutes.
