- 500g ground beef
- 200g grated cheddar cheese
- 200ml cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup bread cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic, and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Incorporate bread cubes and half of the grated cheddar cheese into the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
