Description

A comforting dish that captures the beloved flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a delightful casserole.


Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 200g grated cheddar cheese
  • 200ml cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup bread cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Add diced onions and minced garlic, and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  5. Incorporate bread cubes and half of the grated cheddar cheese into the mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.

Notes
