Description

Ingredients

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Begin by arranging the gluten-free cookies in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine 400ml of coconut milk, 100g of cocoa powder, 200g of sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of maple syrup in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour a generous layer of the chocolate mixture over the cookie base, spreading it evenly.
  4. Repeat the layering process until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of the chocolate mixture on top.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  6. Once set, slice into squares and serve.
