Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix the cottage cheese (or silken tofu) with the eggs (or flax eggs) and maple syrup until smooth using a hand mixer.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
- Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring them to cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
For quick results, you can bake these in an air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for about 20 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
