- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- A pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper cups.
- Combine 250 ml of Fanta, 100 ml of sunflower oil, and 2 eggs in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined and frothy.
- Add the dry ingredients: 300 g of flour, 150 g of sugar, 1 packet of baking powder, and a pinch of salt into the wet mixture. Stir until it forms a smooth batter; a few small lumps are okay!
- Fold in chocolate pieces or colorful sprinkles if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool slightly in the tin before transferring them to a wire rack. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
