Description

Ingredients

  • 23 tablespoons honey
  • 12 teaspoons curry powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220 °C (425 °F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets, rinsing them under cold water.
  3. Combine olive oil, honey, curry powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, tossing gently to coat each piece evenly.
  5. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated cauliflower in a single layer.
