Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220 °C (425 °F).
- Cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets, rinsing them under cold water.
- Combine olive oil, honey, curry powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, tossing gently to coat each piece evenly.
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated cauliflower in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
