Instructions
- Season the chicken: Sprinkle salt and pepper over the diced chicken breast.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C and add vegetable oil to coat the basket.
- Cook the chicken for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Add frozen vegetables and cooked rice; mix well and return to fryer for 5 minutes.
- Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the rice mixture; cook for another 5 minutes.
