Description
A spicy and flavorful Gochujang Chicken Burger topped with crispy bacon and kimchi.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 3 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 1 cup Kimchi
- 4 slices Bacon
- Lettuce and Cucumber for garnish
- Creamy sauce (Mayonnaise or yogurt)
- Cheese (optional)
- Pickled onions (optional)
- 4 Burger buns
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breast for at least 30 minutes in Gochujang paste.
- Fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Add the chopped kimchi and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Grill or fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through (75°C minimum).
- Assemble the burger: Place the chicken breast on a bun, add kimchi-bacon jam, fresh lettuce, and cucumber, and top with creamy sauce.
- Optionally, add a slice of cheese and pickled onions for extra flavor.
- Serve the burger warm and enjoy every delicious bite.
Notes
You can prepare the creamy sauce and kimchi-bacon jam a day in advance for convenience.
