Description

Delicious cheesecake cookies that blend creamy filling with a crispy exterior, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g Frischkäse
  • 100 g Zucker
  • 1 Ei
  • 100 g Butter
  • 250 g Mehl
  • 1 TL Backpulver
  • Prise Salz
  • 100 g Schokostückchen (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and butter until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add sugar and egg, beating until well combined.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add optional chocolate chips and stir briefly.
  7. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet with space between each.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before enjoying.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients. You can freeze unbaked cookie dough for up to 2 months.
