Enjoy a flavorful dish of Korean Beef Noodles, combining tender beef, al dente noodles, and a spicy gochujang sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g Rindfleisch (Rinderfilet oder Rinderlende)
- 250g Dünne Weizennudeln oder Reisnudeln
- 2 EL Gerösteter Sesam
- 4 Frühlingszwiebeln, gehackt
- 2 EL Gochujang
- 1 Tasse Gemüse (Paprika, Karotten, etc.)
- 200g Pilze, geschnitten
- 2 Zehen Knoblauch, gehackt
- 1 Stück Ingwer, gerieben
- 3 EL Sojasauce
Instructions
- Prepare the beef: Slice the beef into thin strips. Combine with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce in a bowl and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the noodles: Boil the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Stir-fry the beef: In a large pan or wok, heat some oil and stir-fry the marinated beef over medium heat until tender and browned.
- Add the noodles: Mix the cooked noodles with the beef in the pan so the noodles absorb the sauce.
- Stir in sesame and spring onions: Add the toasted sesame and chopped spring onions, stirring well.
- Incorporate gochujang: Adjust spiciness to taste by mixing in gochujang.
- Sauté optional veggies: If adding extra nutrients, sauté the veggies and mushrooms in a separate pan then add them to the noodles.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh spring onions and more sesame.
Notes
