Description

A delightful and refreshing dessert combining the flavors of pistachios and raspberries in a light and creamy tiramisu.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g ladyfingers
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g ground or chopped pistachios
  • 150 g fresh raspberries
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Coffee or sweet syrup for dipping ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the ground pistachios and gently mix to maintain the airy texture.
  4. Dip a layer of ladyfingers briefly in coffee or sweet syrup and layer them in a baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the pistachio cream evenly over the ladyfingers and lightly press down.
  6. Place a layer of fresh raspberries on top of the pistachio cream.
  7. Repeat the process with another layer of ladyfingers, pistachio cream, and raspberries until all ingredients are used.
  8. Finish with the remaining pistachio cream on top.
  9. Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  10. Garnish with chopped pistachios and fresh raspberries before serving.

Notes

Prepare the tiramisu a day in advance for enhanced flavor complexity. You can experiment with different berries or nuts for variations.
