Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 cup Crème Fraîche
  • 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Roll the Puff Pastry into an even rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Spread the Crème Fraîche evenly over the pastry.
  3. Add the crispy bacon, sautéed onions, and shredded cheese on top of the crème fraîche.
  4. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly from one of the long sides to form a log.
  6. Slice the log into 2 cm thick spirals.
  7. Place the spirals on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately for best results.

Notes
