Description

A delightful dish that brings together al dente pasta and fresh broccoli, enriched with garlic and olive oil for a healthy yet indulgent meal.


Ingredients

  • 200g Pasta (like Spaghetti or Fusilli)
  • 250g Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Lemon Juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Add broccoli florets to the pasta pot in the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and broccoli. Toss them carefully into the skillet with the garlic.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
  6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan.
