Description

A delicious blend of sweet pineapple and savory chicken cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • Chicken (breasts or thighs)
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Soy Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Pineapple Chunks
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Serve with Rice or Vegetables

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken into your slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and a touch of salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Add pineapple chunks on top.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Serve over rice or alongside steamed vegetables.
