Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the diced onions and minced garlic until soft and golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Layer the diced sweet potatoes and meat mixture in a large casserole dish, starting with sweet potatoes.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta evenly over the top.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
