Description

A refreshing tropical smoothie made with ripe mango, sweet pineapple, and creamy yogurt, perfect for hot days or as a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 banana, ripe and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the mango, pineapple, and banana on a clean cutting board.
  2. Add the diced mango, pineapple, banana, yogurt, and coconut or almond milk to your high-speed blender.
  3. Include honey or agave syrup if you want extra sweetness.
  4. If you desire a particularly refreshing texture, add some ice cubes.
  5. Blend everything on high speed until a creamy and smooth mixture is achieved.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately while the flavors are fresh and vibrant.

Notes

You can prep the fruits the night before and store them in the fridge for quick morning preparation. For added nutrients, toss in a handful of spinach or a scoop of protein powder.
