Description

Delicious and comforting vegan pizza rolls bursting with flavor and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Vegan Cheese
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 F).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until about 0.5 cm thick.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Scatter fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, and vegan cheese on top, and sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
  5. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly to form a log.
  6. Slice the roll into pieces about 2 cm thick.
  7. Place the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are puffed and golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For make-ahead options, assemble rolls in advance and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze unbaked rolls for later.
