Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Tomato Sauce
- Fresh Spinach
- Vegan Cheese
- Diced Tomatoes
- Oregano

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 F).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until about 0.5 cm thick.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Scatter fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, and vegan cheese on top, and sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
- Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly to form a log.
- Slice the roll into pieces about 2 cm thick.
- Place the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For make-ahead options, assemble rolls in advance and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze unbaked rolls for later.
